Golf Course Hole Sponsor Plaques

Custom Bronze Plaques & Metal Letters — Made in the USA

Hole sponsorship is one of the most dependable fundraisers a club or course can run: sell each of the eighteen holes to a local business as an annual sponsorship, and recognize the sponsor with a bronze sign at the tee. The permanent sign is a one-time cost; the sponsorships renew season after season.

We build sponsor plaques with replaceable name panels, so when a sponsorship changes hands the panel swaps and the bronze stays. Sponsors get year-round exposure to every golfer on the course — far more visibility than a one-day event banner.

How the Annual Program Works

Price the eighteen sponsorships in tiers — signature holes and the 18th command more — and sell them to local businesses each season. Common tiers run $1,000, $2,500, and $5,000 per year depending on the market and the course. The sponsor’s name and logo appear on the tee sign all season.

Many clubs present each sponsor a small replica plaque at an annual dinner — a thank-you that doubles as the moment to renew for next year.

Signs Built for Sponsor Turnover

The casting carries the course name, hole number, and crest permanently; the sponsor panel mounts into a recessed field with concealed fasteners. When a sponsorship changes, you order a new engraved panel — not a new sign. Panels match in finish and typeface no matter when they are ordered.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens to the sign when a sponsor doesn't renew?

Nothing — that is the design. The bronze sign is permanent and carries the course identity; only the engraved sponsor panel swaps out. Replacement panels are a quick reorder from the specifications we keep on file.

How much do clubs charge for hole sponsorships?

Programs we see typically run $1,000 to $5,000 per hole per year depending on the market, with premium pricing for the 1st, the signature hole, and the 18th. The full set of signs usually pays for itself in the first season.

Can sponsor logos be included on the panels?

Yes. Panels take the sponsor's name and logo engraved in the metal. Vector logo files are ideal, but we can work from a business card or website artwork and prepare it at no extra charge.
