Once your perpetuity plaque is installed, annual plates are a quick reorder — send the honoree’s name and year, and we engrave and ship a plate that matches the originals. We keep your plaque’s specifications on file, so plates match even years apart.

How many years of names fit on a perpetuity plaque?

That is a design decision we make together — most clubs size the master plaque for 25 to 50 plate positions. When a board fills, we produce a matching continuation plaque so the set reads as one display.

How do we order the new name plate each year?

Send us the honoree's name and year and we engrave a matching plate from the specifications we keep on file for your plaque. Most clubs order right after their championship or annual meeting so the plate is mounted before the season ends.

Can an existing trophy board be converted to bronze?

Yes. We regularly recreate wooden honor boards in bronze, carrying over every past honoree's name and year onto the new casting, then adding blank positions for the years ahead.
