Frequently Asked Questions
Can you include the POW/MIA emblem?
Yes — we reproduce the official POW/MIA emblem in raised bronze relief at no extra charge, so it stands off the surface of the plaque.
Can the plaque mark a reserved or unoccupied seat?
Absolutely. We make seat-back markers, rail plaques, and wall panels sized for a reserved “unoccupied chair” tribute like the one we produced for the Reno Aces.
Should I choose bronze or aluminum?
Cast bronze is the premium, lifetime choice with the deepest relief and richest finish. Clear-coated cast aluminum is lighter and more affordable while still fully rated for outdoor display — we’ll help you pick based on budget and mounting location.
Can you add names, logos, or a dedication date?
Yes. We routinely cast team logos, veterans’ chapter seals, sponsor marks, individual names, and dedication dates directly into the plaque.
How long does production take?
Standard production is about three weeks. Rush production of 7–14 days is available when you’re working toward a specific dedication or opening-day ceremony.
